"I WAS STUCK IN "BAID-AID" MODE.
My doctors and specialists would run some tests (the ones that they knew how) and either said that everything was "in range", or they'd give me medications for the ones that were not. I completely changed my diet. I added in a CRAP TON of supplements. I took the medications. I just kept chugging along...
